How to use Follow Us App – OptiSigns

This article will guide you through how to create and use Follow Us Wall app.

This app is useful to encourage viewers to follow you on social media platform, and increase your follower base.

Here's how it looks like in Dark Theme:

Let's jump in and get started:

First, you will need to have your screens set up and paired. For more information on how to do that, click here.

Then log on to our portal: http://app.optisigns.com/

Go to Files/Assets, Click on "App", and Click Follow Us app:

Enter your Follow Us Wall information:

Name: Name of your Follow Us Wall, this is the name of the wall in your asset list. It will not be displayed on your screens.
Title: Type in a Title you want to display on the screen.
Social Profile: You can select Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you can just have 1 or add all 3. (for example https://www.instagram.com/nasa/ put nasa). Please check to ensure there's no typo.
Theme: Select Light or Dark Theme.
Speed: If there are more than 1 Social Profile added, this determine how long each profile will show.
Website (Optional): if you want to put your website URL on the screen.
Email (Optional): if you want to put your email address on the screen.
Telephone (Optional): if you want to put phone number of the screen.

Click Save.
After Saving, you can Preview the wall.

You have created your Follow Us Wall.
You can change the wall any time by click on it in the Files/Assets tab.

You can assign the newly created wall to your screen by going to Screens, click Edit screens and assign the wall to screens that you want.

You can put the created social walls in a Playlist, Schedule too.
