To request the discount, please email us at support@optisigns.com with your organization’s website and documentation that helps us verify your nonprofit, education, or tax-exempt status. A 501(c)(3) document is commonly used, but we understand that not every organization has this specific document. Other official documentation showing your organization’s nonprofit, education, or tax-exempt status may also be accepted.
Once your eligibility is verified, we will apply the discount to your account going forward.
