OptiSigns Admin Mobile App is a powerful tool that allows you to control your OptiSigns devices directly from your smartphone. We recommend following this guide for device setup, especially if your device is not pre-configured.
This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively use the app's remote control feature.

Step 1: Download and Log in to the App
First, ensure you have the OptiSigns Admin Mobile App installed on your smartphone. You can download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Open the Mobile Admin App and log in using your OptiSigns account credentials.

Step 2: Connect to your OptiSigns Android Stick

There are two ways to connect the OptiSigns Admin Mobile app to your device to use the remote control feature.
2.1 Connect as Bluetooth Remote in the Edit Screen Section.
After pairing screens to your account:
- Navigate to the Screen section.
- Select the screen you want to control remotely.
- Scroll down below the Save option.
- Click on Connect as Bluetooth Remote option.
A scanning window will appear and quickly connect to your device, then you'll be taken to the remote interface.
We recommend using this method as it is the fastest and easiest way to connect and use the remote control feature on your OptiSigns Admin Mobile app. However, please note that this option is available only if the screen is already paired with your account.
2.2 Connect in the Remote Control Section (Optional)
- Navigate to the 'Remote Control' option in the Menu Bar on the top left.
- You will see a list of available devices.
- Select the device you want to control.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smartphone with the OptiSigns device.
- If the device does not appear, ensure it is powered on and within range.
Step 3: Access the Remote Control
Once connected, you will see a virtual remote interface with various control buttons, as shown above, such as:
- Volume
- Navigation arrows, and select
- Back/Exit
- Home Screen
- OptiSigns Menu Bar
- Device Settings
Trouble Shooting:
- Device Not Found: Ensure your OptiSigns device is powered on and within Bluetooth range. Restart both the device and the app if necessary.
- App Not Responding: Close the app completely and reopen it. Ensure you have the latest version installed.
