There may be instances where you want to delete your OptiSigns account, whether due to security concerns or to join another OptiSigns account. Once your account is deleted, please be aware that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data, including images, videos, assets, playlists, schedules, and proof of play.
To proceed with deleting your account:
- Logging into OptiSigns Portal
- Negivate to the company setting
- Clicking the Delete Account button
- Type "DELETE" and click "OK" to delete your account
- This will delete your account and all associated data from our system. This action cannot be undone.
