Improve your customers, employees engagement with surveys. They can scan QR codes and submit survey, we support a few different display modes, include choosing to show or not to show result charts.
To put SurveyMonkey Survey/Result on your Digital Signs.
Go to app.optisigns.com.
Click Files/Assets, then click Apps
Then click the SurveyMonkey app
Set up your SurveyMonkey App:
- Name: name of your SurveyMonkey App, this is only for use in File/Asset list, it will not be displayed on your screen.
- URL: the URL of Survey/Result you want to display.
- To get your Survey URL, go to your SurveyMonkey account, open your Survey, click COLLECT RESPONSES and copy your Survey Web link Collector.
- To get your Result URL, go to your SurveyMonkey account, open your Survey, click ANALYZE RESULTS, click Share and Share All, then copy your Result URL.
- Update interval: default is 10 minutes. This means the app will refresh the link every 10 mins for any changes.
- Auto Scroll: Toggle the auto scroll so that all content of your Survey/Result is viewable.
- Scroll Type: You can select

- Down & Up: the app will scroll the web page down, and then scroll up.
- Scroll to: the app will jump to a certain location on the web page

- Speed: how fast you want to scroll, you can also customize the speed.
- Page Height: enter the number in Pixel. This is needed because the app does not know how long your Survey/Result is.
- Scroll Type: You can select
- Zoom: zoom may help the content to be displayed better on your screens.
- Show QR Code: Display the QR code for your Survey/Result link.
- QR Code Position: position of QR Code.
- QR Code Size: size of QR Code.
Click Save to save your asset.
You can preview how it look by clicking the "Preview button".

Congratulation! You have created your SurveyMonkey App.
You can change the wall any time by click on it in the Files/Assets tab.
You can assign the newly created app to your screen by going to Screens, click Edit screens and assign the wall to screens that you want.
You can put the walls in a Playlist, Schedule too.
